Many people promise that you can have it all. Few deliver.  Pete Mace is one of the rare exceptions.  With Grande Pines, he has created a one of a kind gated community where residents can enjoy their passions for horseback riding, hiking and miles of private nature trails along with golfing.

Located in the heart of North Carolina, famed Sandhills region.  Grande Pines was inspired by rich local traditions and pine covered rolling landscape.  Instead of clear cutting the 750 acre farm and stacking families on top of each other, Pete Mace chose to create a close knit, private community with the aesthetics of an old time plantation.  Dogwood blooms in the shade of towering pines.  Azalas explode in a burst of color.  Post and rail fences divide and connect.

Grande Pines offers paved roads, public water and miles of 15 foot wide nature/bridle trails linking all homesites to NATURE!
